Kjetil Jikiun again at the brewery.
8 February 20168 Feb to visit us again came to a wonderful man and a brewer Kjetil Jikiun. Now he presents his new brewery Σόλο (Solo), which is an absolutely magical place in Crete. This time we decided to brew the ale in the style of Wee Heavy c with juniper, honey and Heather. In cooking, we helped our friends from the Clique Breweries Brewery and Green Street Brewery. The resulting mash is we divided into three parts and decided to make three different Beers. The first part we sent to the dry hopping, in the second part we put oak chips infused with Bourbon, and in the third part, oak chips infused with island whiskey. Waiting for the result.
