Aromatic, bitter, very bright red ale brewed with ginger. This sort took the bronze medal at the International competition Golden Seal 2016 Brewer, in Ceske Budejovice. Also, this sort obtained the gold medal  in the professional tasting contest "the Pride of the Brewer 2016".
OG:16%, alcohol:6.2 %.

"Ich Bin Altbier" beer is amber – copper colored, top-fermented, the density of the 14% alcohol is not less than 5.5 %.
Foam – thick , creamy, fine. Despite the final degree of fermentation , the beer stands out with a full malty taste.
Wonderful hops German Spalter ,Perle and Tettnanger form an interesting bitterness in the aftertaste, which is masked by the dense nutty body.
A distinctive feature of this style is fermented with the help of "riding" Elevich yeast and the secondary fermentation for a long time at low lager temperatures.
